Rates: $300.00 nightly - 3 night minimum - local and state taxes of 13% - cleaning fee $130 - no pets - no smoking.
50% non refundable deposit upon booking, balance due on arrival.

Directions:
- From Tampa International Airport, take I-275 South across the Howard Frankland Bridge (over Tampa Bay) heading west to St. Petersburg.
- Once across bridge, take exit 31 to Indian Rocks Beach via Largo / Ulmerton Rd.
- Continue on 688 West until you come to a "T" at Gulf Blvd
- Turn left and head south for a couple miles and when you get into Indian Shores Beach, look for 19904 Gulf Blvd
- Turn right directly onto paver drive
- The building first floor is shell finish with beige siding above
